We recently adopted Jezabelle, a 6 yo ebony from NOLA Chinchilla Rescue. I am so glad that we found them. Through NOLA, we learned a lot things we would not have known if we would have gone anywhere else. We read through all of the basic care and chin needs on the NOLA website, and are greatful to have advice just a phone call or a few mouse clicks away. We purchased rosehips from the store, and received them very quickly. Thank you, NOLA, for everything- from the education to our sweetest new family member- you truly are a blessing to all the chins lucky enough for you to find them.
Rick and Peggy are the best! They are both very knowledgeable about chinchillas and always available to help. We adopted Chi-Chi back in August and, for a very modest fee, were able to not only adopt, but were supplied with a cage, chin spin, water bottle, toys, treats, etc. Adopting chins from a foster and rescue service is not only the easiest way to take home a fluff butt, but the most humane. We paid less than what we'd pay to a breeder or pet store, and the advice we've received from Rick and Peggy has been priceless. There's never any profit-seeking and we've always been sure Rick has given us the best deal possible on supplies. Without Rick and Peggy, it wouldn't have been nearly this easy to find and care for our little baby..
First off, Rick and his wife are wonderful and amazing people! I love them. I adopted my gorgeous girl Tofu from them. I love her so much and she adores me as well. I also have ordered from Rick's site and it is easy, great priced and timely. Thanks for all you do for those wonderul babies!

I adopted Penelope from NOLA Chin Rescue and she's become a welcomed member of our family. I think what you do is a blessing to those fuzz butts that find themselves in need of a new life home and sometimes out of harms way.
I've ordered apple stick and rose hips from your store before and it was easy and I received my order fast.
